Automatic fence mesh welding and bending machine is an automated production line integrating welding, bending and automatic falled panel mesh, also called 3D fence panel production line, fence panel machine.

This production line is used to make fence panel mesh, road mesh, reinforcing mesh, shelf, explosion-proof wall etc.

1. Both line and weft wire are pre-cut. The line wire feeding by manual and automatically enters. The weft wire feeding by automatic alignment from the hopper.

2. New welding method with planetary reducer to improve welding quality and efficiency.

3. Wate cooling system. Cast water cooling transformers.

4. Mesh pulling car will pull the mesh to the bending machine step by step to finish the bending.

5. Finally the panel mesh that has been bent will automatic  falled.
