Clear view fence welding machine uses European welding technology
Wire feeding system:
Pre-straightening and cutting of line wire/crosswire
line wire feeding system: Workers insert wire into the wire slot, the clamping device fixes the wire, servo motor controls the feeding into the welding system.
Crosswire feeding system: SMC cylinder controls transverse wire blanking.
Control cabinet:
PLC+touch screen controls the entire production line, using well-known foreign electronic components (Schneider, Mitsubishi, Siemens, etc.), with high precision, and is not easily damaged.
Welding system:
One cylinder (45 times force) controls one welding head. The pressure of each welding point is the same, and the welding grid is flat and firm.
The welding speed is fast, up to 120 times/min.
Mesh pulling system
The servo motor controls the mesh pulling with high precision and high power.
The mesh pulling distance (interval between horizontal wires) is adjusted by the PLC on the touch screen. The mesh-pulling drag chain is made in Taiwan, with precise mesh pulling, low noise, and faster mesh pulling speed.
