Our British customer purchased a DAPU pneumatic reinforcing wire mesh welding machine and an automatic stirrup bending machine this year to produce reinforcement mesh.
The client, a novice who previously worked in the housing construction industry, saw the potential of the wire mesh industry and wanted to start his own business.

Our wire mesh spot welding machine passed the UK customs in May 2025 and then arrived at the customer’s factory
Since our engineer has a UK visa, we quickly agreed with the customer to start a 10-day commissioning on July 1st.
There were two problems during this installation
1. The customer was a novice, and the factory did not have sufficient electricity. They used a generator. However, our machine uses sub-control welding, which can be powered by a generator, which is very friendly to companies that are just starting.
2. The raw material used by the customer is hot-rolled steel bars, and the customer is worried that they will not be welded. As long as there is no rust on the surface of the raw material, the welding machine can be used. If there is rust, it will affect the welding strength.
