CNC stands for numerical control. Its characteristic is that machining parameters and action sequences are input through programming, eliminating the need for manual adjustment of mechanical components to complete each action. Examples include CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and laser cutting machines.
What are non-CNC machines? Non-CNC equipment is often referred to as manual, semi-automatic, or mechanically controlled equipment. These machines rely on mechanical limit switches, cams, and manual switches to control their movements, rather than relying on automated programming.
Below are two different types of mesh welding machines.
The first type is controlled by a PLC, touch screen, and servo motor. You can adjust the size of the weft hole by setting the servo motor’s travel distance.

With the second type, if you want to adjust the weft hole size, you need to adjust the connecting rod to adjust the distance the barb axis travels.
