How does it work?
1. The coil is placed on the pay-off stand with a maximum load of 2.5 T. It is transported to the shelling machine by the pneumatic lifting pay-off stand. The wire is sent smoothly to avoid winding.
2. The fully enclosed shelling machine shatters the oxide scale on the surface of the wire. The three shelling wheels are installed perpendicular to each other on the fixed frame. The shelling wheels are made of alloy material, which is not easy to wear. The bottom is closed to collect oxide scale to protect the environment.
3. The wire enters the first drawing block, passes through the rotating mold box, and is wound on the capstan. The size of the capstan is Φ560mm, and the surface is supersonic tungsten carbide sprayed with a spray thickness of 500μm (0.5mm). The inside of the reel is sprayed with corrosion resistance and no scaling; the inside is water-cooled with narrow gaps; the outside is cooled with strong wind.
4. After passing through multiple blocks continuously, the diameter of the wire is reduced to meet customer requirements, and the drawn wire is collected.
