A customer in Algeria is a filter manufacturer, primarily supplying air filters, speaker enclosures, and grilles for automobiles. They recently needed expanded metal equipment to improve production efficiency. DAPU is China’s most professional expanded metal machine manufacturer, offering high-speed, lightweight, standard, and heavy-duty expanded metal series. Based on the customer’s raw material, mesh width, mesh size, and production requirements, DAPU recommended a 25T expanded metal machine. The customer expressed a strong interest and visited the DAPU factory in China.

Before the Algerian customer’s factory visit, we prepared the raw materials, commissioned the machine, and demonstrated the production process. The customer was highly satisfied and immediately ordered two expanded metal machines.
DAPU 25T expanded metal machine
The DAPU 25T expanded metal machine is a lightweight series that can process galvanized sheet/coil, stainless steel sheet/coil, and copper sheet/coil in a range of 0.2-1.5mm. The Algerian customer’s raw material came in roll form. After punching the diamond-shaped mesh, it needed to be flattened to create a smooth mesh. The mesh was then cut using a slitting machine and reeled. DAPU customized the expanded metal production line for the customer, including a hydraulic uncoiler, a 25T expanded metal machine, a flattening machine, a slitting machine, and a reel.
