Machine Features
The expanded metal mesh machine uses the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism to perform punching and cutting of the sheet metal, and the cam performs the oscillation. The feeding system uses a stepper motor or servo motor, which can realize any adjustment of the feeding distance.
1. Text display + PLC control, easy to operate.
2. Pneumatic clutch brake + main motor to stop the machine faster and more accurately.
3. Main motor with copper wires inside, service life of at least 5 years.
4. Stepper motor or servo motor to assist material feeding, more accurate and faster than before.
5. The alloy cutting die can be made of YG-20 tempered tool steel, with a service life of up to one year.
6. The main parts have copper bushings to reduce wear.
7. Central lubrication system to reduce wear and facilitate maintenance.
8. Tempered cast steel base and frame with two-year warranty, shock-resistant and smooth running.
9. Steel metal cover for swivel wheels, ensuring safe operation.
10. A reliable oil-water separator is necessary for the machine to run smoothly.
11. Spare parts such as grounding screws for you to install and repair the machines well.
