The DP-FM-3000A is a new type of fence mesh welding machine designed by DAPU engineers. It uses European welding technology: a -63 SMC cylinder or 45-times-force cylinder. The cylinder gives the same pressure to the welding electrode, making the welded mesh flat and firm and saving energy.
●When the fence mesh welding machine is equipped with a 63-cylinder:
It can produce 2D fence mesh; if you need to produce 3D fence mesh, workers need to send the mesh into the bending machine for bending (the bending angle can be customized) to form a 3D fence mesh.
●When the fence mesh welding machine is equipped with a 45 times force cylinder:
It can produce a 2D fence mesh and an anti-climb fence; if you need to bend, you need to equip a bending machine and bend manually.

Wire feeding system
●The worker feeds the Longitude line wires manually into the “V” type slot tunnel, which is suitable for different wire diameters.
●The wire feeding trolley is equipped with a clamping device, which can automatically adapt to any wire diameter without manual adjustment.
●After the line wire is fed into the welding system, the wire feed trolley automatically returns and the staff reloads the line wire.
Cross wire feeding system
●The cross-wire feeder is specially designed, suitable for 2.5-6mm wire diameter. The cross wire falling is controlled by the SMC air cylinder, stable.
Welding system
Mesh Welding System:–Same design with the European machine
●One SMC air cylinder controls one welding point. Same welding pressure for each welding point, guarantee welding quality.
●The upper welding electrodes and lower welding electrodes are water-cooling types, which can increase the service life of welding electrodes
●Upper copper wires connect the upper electrode and the lower electrode. Lower copper plates connect lower electrodes and welding transformers.
●Cast water-cooling welding transformers, one transformer controls 4 air cylinders. The welding degree is adjusted on the touch screen by the PLC.
●Separate control technology, one electric board, and one SCR control one welding transformer.
●The circuit board is designed by our engineers and university professors, not easily broken.
Mesh cutting & pulling system
●Panasonic (Japan) servo motor 2kw& planetary reducer to control mesh pulling, high precision, and big power.
●The mesh pulling distance (cross wire space) is adjusted by PLC on the touch screen. The pulling rack is J&T brand, made in Taiwan, pulling distance more accurate, less noise, and high pulling speed. The gear is under the rack, safe.
