Line & Cross Wire Feeding
● Line wire feeding way: Longitude wires are fed from the wire pay-off (bearing 1T) automatically, then through the first straight setting roller device. The wire storage device can feed the longitudinal wires step by step, then through a second straight setting roller device.
With high load capacity, it does not require frequent coil replacements, reducing downtime.
● Cross-wire feeding way: Cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut, then the workers put the cross wires on the cross wire storage device, which can bear a maximum of 1t of wires. Then the stacker can rotate and transport cross wires into the hopper device continually. The cross wire falling is controlled by a step motor, precise.
With high load-bearing capacity, frequent placement of steel bars is unnecessary, saving labor costs.
Innovative pneumatic welding technology
● The upper copper arm connects two welding electrodes, the Copper plate connects the lower electrode base and the welding transformers, much easier for electric conduction.
● One welding electrode is controlled by one SMC 80 air cylinder, with big power, high welding speed.
Cast water-cooled transformers
● Cast water-cooled transformers ensure stable high-speed operation over extended periods, improving production efficiency. The upper arm and lower electrode base are water-cooled. The welding degree is adjusted by the PLC.
Servo Mesh Pulling
● Servo-controlled mesh pulling ensures precise and error-free mesh pulling.
● The Taiwanese Omron brand cable chain provides robust durability and continuous mesh pulling.
Intelligent wire mesh cutting and stacking system
● The mesh cutting is automatic. You can set the cutting length on the touch screen using by PLC.
● After mesh cutting, the mesh, max.6m, can be stacked by the mesh stacking machine. The mesh can fall automatically up to 500mm in height. Then the finished mesh can move out automatically.
Automatic mesh rolling system
● The automatic mesh rolling system rolls the mesh into neat rolls and automatically unloads it, facilitating storage and transportation, improving production efficiency, and reducing labor costs.
