Poultry cage welding making machine, also called Chicken cage welding machine, Breed aquatics welding machine, is used to make breed aquatic mesh, poultry mesh, coop, pigeon mesh, rabbit mesh and so on.

The welded mesh machine adopts PLC control system with touch screen input, which makes the operation more intelligent and convenient.

1. Our independently developed chicken cage mesh welding machine has two types: pneumatic and mechanical.

2. The line wire is automatically entered by the hooper, and the weft wires are straightened and fed by the hopper in advance.

3. The hopper is divided into single-layer and double-layer. The double-layer hopper can produce panel mesh with holes by putting weft wires of different lengths.

4. Welding system: The latest welding method has greatly improved production efficiency. The brake motor & clutch reducer connects the main axis directly, with big transmission torque. SMC (Japan) air cylinders & pneumatic parts, machine working is more stable. Cast water-cooling transformers, welding degrees can be adjusted by PLC.

5. Pull net system: Panasonic (Japan) servo motor for pulling mesh, cross wire space can be adjusted by PLC.

6. Finally, through a series of auxiliary equipment, the mesh is assembled into the cage we want.
