Production Process of the CNC Gabion Mesh Machine

The DAPU gabion mesh production line mainly includes a spring coiling machine, a CNC gabion mesh machine, a mesh rolling machine or a mesh cutting machine, an edging machine, and a packaging machine. Spring Coiling Machine

In the CNC gabion mesh production line, the spring coiling machine is a key piece of auxiliary equipment.

Before weaving, the straight wire must be processed by the coiling machine, turning it into a spiral wire (spring-like). The core of the spring coiling machine is the winding mechanism. The wire is fed into the winding mandrel and begins winding according to the set parameters (such as the number of coils, spring diameter, and wire tension). Typically, the machine has a main shaft on which the wire is rotated through a clamping device to form the spring.

During the winding process, the machine controls the spring’s shape, length, and tightness by adjusting the speed, rotational speed, tension, and angle.

CNC Gabion Mesh Machine

The wire is placed in the coil and enters the CNC gabion machine through the warping machine. The servo motor controls the continuous left and right movement of the wire and the spring wire in the reed tube to twist and form a gabion.

Mesh Rolling System and Cutting System

Once the main machine has finished producing the gabion, there are two options for producing roll mesh and sheet mesh: a roll mesh machine and a shearing machine.

Edging Machine

The edging machine is an important auxiliary equipment in the CNC gabion mesh production line.

After producing the gabion mesh, the edges must be reinforced to prevent fraying or loosening. The edging machine rolls or secures the mesh edges, making the final product stronger, neater, and easier to transport and install.

Packaging Machine

Once you successfully receive the finished product, we will provide you with a packaging machine to compress the finished product to save space and transportation costs.

After production, gabion panels typically need to be compressed, folded, and packaged for easy transportation and storage. The packaging machine automates these processes, increasing efficiency and reducing labor costs.
