HEBEI DAPU MACHINERY CO., LTD. We have 26 years of experience in manufacturing and designing wire mesh machines.
In 1999, we committed to specializing in the design of control cabinets and mesh welding machinery. We successfully manufactured and exported the first mechanical wire mesh welding machine.
The company has been developing smoothly and quickly, and it has more than 100 employees. As the company develops better, since 2018, we have cooperated with an Italian factory, adopting European technology for pneumatic-type machines with “European quality and Chinese price”
2.Machine quality:
2.1 Famous brand:

2.1 European design:
We cooperate with our Italy partners, adopt European design&techniques of wire mesh machine;
We cooperate with Japan SMC company to make the pneumatic components according to European design.
2.2 Machine manufacturing:
(1)We use the world-famous Japan MAKINO CNC machine and Germany TRUMPF brand machine tool to process important spare parts like welding electrodes, super-high accuracy.
(2)We will run and test the machine after the production finished to ensure the machine good condition before shipment.
(3)We have our own R&D department. We make the welding transformer by ourself and the circuit board is developed by ourselves.
2.3 Machine manufacturing:
(1)We use the world-famous Japan MAKINO CNC machine and the Germany TRUMPF brand machine tool to process important spare parts like welding electrodes, with super-high accuracy.
(2)We will run and test the machine after production finishes to ensure the machine good condition before shipment.
(3)We have our R&D department. We make the welding transformer by ourselves, and the circuit board is developed by us.
2.4 After-sales service:
(1) After the machine is finished, you can come to check the machine quality or send 3rd third-party inspection company to inspect it.
(2) We have a complete after-sales service system to help you install and operate the machine. (Like sending the engineer, online technical support, etc.)
(3) For our machine, the guarantee time is 1 year after the machine reaches your factory, but within 18 months of the B/L ship on board date.

We have CE certificate, ISO9001 quality management System. Also we passed such as SGS report, Saber audit, COC certificate etc.
5.What’s your annual output?
For mesh welding machines, we produce more than 100 sets per year.
For mesh weaving machines, we produce more than 200 sets per year.
For mesh wire processing machines, we produce more than 50 sets per year.

We have exported our machine to more than 135 countries (Such as Brazil, Peru, Chile, the United States, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Algeria, Libya, Nigeria, the United Kingdom, etc.) since 2007, Global market share 40%.
