Wire pay-off
Includes a base, wire pay-off, and brake mechanism. Flexible coil release.
Traction and storage mechanism
The pressure wheel traction mechanism tractions the line wire passing through the straightening mechanism and sends it to the storage rack.
Welding system
After the detection device detects that the vertical and horizontal wires are in place, and then the pressurized cylinder is activated. The welding transformer discharges and welds according to the set current and time. After the welding is completed, the pressurized cylinder returns.
Cross-wire feeding system
The horizontal wire is pre-straightened steel bars, which are automatically fed into the welding electrode.
Mesh cutting & pulling system
